About 10 years ago I decided to put my Living History business "Abraham Lincoln Camps" on the World Wide Web (www.Abraham-Lincoln.Net). My wife who is almost always right said "You are Crazy, People won't hire you on the Internet". Well she was wrong this time.
After experimenting with the free AOL Web Site, which was not bad. I dedicated to get my own domain name. My ISP (norder1.com) helped with that one. Then came the program Microsoft's Publisher 97 (Which I had gotten for free when I bought my HP Printer) and a few hours of trial and error. We hit the web running with the Abraham Lincoln Camps Web Site. I also used Publisher 98 for a little while.
 That first Web Site was nice but it didn't look like I wanted it to. There were things I wanted the web site to do that I couldn't do with Publisher 97.
The next program would be Front Page 98. It opened so many doors for the web site, that I still can't use them all. I have updated three times. (2000, 2002 & 2003). Along the way I started to do quite a bit of HTML editing and have purchased other programs to do things Front Page won't. Front Page is one of the most used Editing programs in use today
As all this was happening. Other people asked me to help them with there projects and web sites. Over 50 Web Sites are now or have been set up by my Company. Every once in a while we even help other designers with problems they have gotten themselves into. Five of them are E-commerce sites. I can build that Store for you.
